Notes

Prices are valid for one page of translation (1500 characters without spaces or 225 words).

We accept complaints in written form 8 days after the issue of an invoice.

The final price is calculated on the basis of the number of the translated characters (in the final document). You should be aware that in particular translations some variations (+/-) are possible. The minimum number of characters charged is 750, or 0.5 page.

Proofreading and editing, one translation page, certified translations, quick translations

• When a translation is by a native speaker, the price usually includes editing and proofreading
• One translation page is comprised of 1500 characters without spaces.
• The calculation of the translation page may also be based on the number of words.
• Certified translations are charged per page, i.e. one page represents one document.
• Quick translations are carried out of more simple texts, of up to approximately 5 translation pages.

For very urgent and very demanding translations we charge an additional 50 to 70% on the basic price.

Ordering
If we receive your order by noon, we consider it as an order we have received at the present day and therefore the deadline is calculated with this day included. For official ordering we use an order form which you can send via fax, and afterwards the original to our address.

Payment conditions

• To legal persons we issue a bill (within eight and at the most in twenty days) or a pro forma invoice after we have provided the service.
• Natural persons or free entrepreneurs settle their liabilities after receiving a pro forma invoice.
• Certified translations are charged based on the pro forma invoice
• Listed prices do not include VAT.
